DTOnlineStore Return Policy
- Returns are permitted: Up to 30 days, for exchange to a similar product or 90 Days for warranty
- Condition: If you made an error in which item was purchased and wish to exchange for the correct item - Items must be unused, with tags attached and in original packaging,
- Proof of Purchase: Necessary to establish the purchase date and price; this can be a receipt, credit card statement, or online order confirmation.
- Refund Type: Refunds for faulty goods will be refunded to the original payment method, if and only if a replacement item is not available to be shipped.
- Faulty Goods: If a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match the description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of store policy.
- Major Failure: You choose between a refund or replacement for significant issues.
- Shipping Costs: Faulty items shipping / post will be paid.. but will be billed back to the customer if the returned item is not faulty.
- Proof of Purchase: While a receipt is ideal, you can use a credit card statement or bank record.
